Children of the Street

In this episode, I have the opportunity to hear from Camila Jimenez, program manager at Children of the Street, a youth-serving organization within PLEA community services in Vancouver, BC. Their mission: to take a proactive approach through public awareness, education and early intervention strategies to prevent the sexual exploitation and human trafficking of children and youth while offering support to families. Camila shares current observations on the tactics of those who exploit youth and children and how caregivers can empower and protect kids.
